WIP Tie, Clay and a Sleepy Dragon

Posted on June 22, 2011. Filed under: Uncategorized |

Happy Wednesday everyone! I have a lot to share with you today =)

I just started Carnaby Street Necktie as a Father’s Day present for my dad (He’s on vacation so I had a bit of extra time). I’m using Paton’s Grace Mercerized Cotton and it has the perfect thickness and texture for a tie.

I’ve also made some more progress on my polymer clay dragon. All he needs now are wings. I haven’t decided if I’m going to make them out of clay or some other material yet.

And my biggest project this week is my first amigurumi dragon with my own design. He’s a very sleepy dragon πŸ˜› His horn and tooth are made of polymer clay and I used Suncatcher eyes to give him a little spark of life.
